Just like you, we hate being overcharged for Postage!

NEW! We now only use a Tracked Delivery Service. Our Couriers will let you know when to expect your Delivery and will give you a 2 hour delivery window. If you'd like your Parcel left in a 'Safe Place', then please let us know during the checkout process.

Buying online, there is no such thing as FREE P&P – the cost of delivery is always factored into the selling price of the product!
We could offer this ‘FREE P&P’ “incentive”, but we like to be honest and up front – and that includes our P&P charges!!

Everytime you add an item into your Basket, our system calculates that items’ particular weight.  An exact figure of postage is given during Checkout based on the overall weight of your Order. This system ensures that you are NEVER overcharged for P&P and we don’t make any profit from the P&P – we just cover our basic charges!

And don’t worry, it’s all done automatically for you! Just add your items and let the system do the hard work!!

We aim to dispatch all orders within a 24 hour period. If you order before 1pm we will endeavour to dispatch your Order the same day!

FREE Local Delivery

If your Order benefits from FREE Local Delivery, we aim to deliver your Order within 24 hours. If your Item is too large to go through your letterbox and there is no answer on our first call, we will then post your item using a 2nd Class Postal Service (or equivalent) – to ensure we are able to deliver first time, just let us know where or who we can drop your Item off with and we’ll be happy to oblige!

If eligible, FREE Local Delivery is automatically displayed at the Checkout.

FREE Delivery

Spend £50 or more and your Order automatically qualifies for FREE Delivery. All postage will be classed as Standard and will take the normal 3-5 working days to arrive. Any shipping which has been calculated will automatically be deducted at the checkout and FREE Delivery applied.
