Terms & Conditions


Whilst we endeavour to depict the products as accurately as possible, packaging may be subject to change without prior notice.


We use Royal Mail for a majority of our Packages and unless stipulated during Checkout, this is normally via 2nd Class. All deliveries that are made via Courier will require a signature. Upon signature of your order, this is proof that the goods were received successfully and in pristine condition. Any damages or shortages must be signed for on the delivery document and e-mailed to info@candy-cabin.com within 24 hours in order to initiate a claim. Please contact us immediately should your order occur any damages along with images of the damaged products.

Please note that we don’t use refrigerated transport so please bear this in mind during warmer conditions. We will always despatch stock with a minimum of 3 months best before date.

We cannot be held responsible for failed or delayed delivery if the address you gave us is incorrect, incomplete or unclear address information. Once your order leaves us we’re unable to change address information or redirect orders without incurring charges which you will need to cover. Deliveries are made on working days only (Mon-Fri) and at any time during working hours (8am – 5pm).

Availability/Out of Stock Items

If we run out of a certain item we will contact you with a suitable replacement, which will be of the same or greater value. If you do not want this product, you may cancel your order and we will refund you if payment has already been taken.

Pricing Policy

All prices are shown besides the relevant products on the website, prices shown are not inclusive of delivery costs. These are shown on our delivery page. Please note that all prices include VAT.

Nut, Allergies & Ingredients

The products on this website are produced in facilities where nuts are present. Therefore we cannot guarantee that the products will be nut free. Ingredients/Allergens are taken from the manufacturers technical specifications (where applicable), we cannot be held responsible for this content.


Credit Cards & Debit Cards – We accept PayPal, Visa, Visa Debit/Delta, Visa Electron and MasterCard payments via PayPal. You do NOT require a PayPal Account to use this website.

Privacy Policy

Candy Cabin do not/will not store customer’s Credit or Debit card details or any financial information on the website. All payments are encrypted or processed externally via PayPal’s secure transaction process. Please view our full Privacy Policy here.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

Cancellations must be made prior to despatch of the goods otherwise you will need to pay the associated delivery costs for the original despatch and the return of the unwanted goods.

If you wish to cancel your order once it has been despatched from our warehouse, we will process a refund for you but this will exclude any transport costs already incurred.
